Sales and Backoffice Assistant (m/f/d)

Full-time, permanent position (reference number AM-04).

Your challenge

You will support the Service- and Sales departments in preparing customer quotations, including reviewing customer quotations in terms of content, completeness, pricing and accompanying documents - in close cooperation with the sales department (dual control principle).
You will support the sales order- and logistics processing of customer orders using our CRM/ERP system (Work4All), including customs clearance.
You will support the management team with scheduling, organising and booking business appointments.
You will support our front desk in other commercial activities.

Your profile

You have completed commercial training and have several years of professional experience.
You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
You quickly grasp information and turn it into practical solutions.
You communicate clearly, openly, and appropriately with different audiences.
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
You stay focused and solution-oriented, even in challenging situations.
You use MS Office with confidence and efficiency.
You are eager to learn and open to continuous development.
Your mental flexibility enables you to quickly adapt to new challenges.
